I loved seeing Dom and Julie grow even closer and seeing how they are not completely able to express themselves to each other. They don't feel the need to hide their feelings behind closed doors, and crying doesn't make them seem weak.
I loved how this book started out, the strip poker game was fun but the sex after was fantastic, I like how he keeps pushing her limits and she is going right along with it, enjoying it, I love when he tells her good girl. Then the collar he got her sounded pretty and it meant alot to him. Then yet again he comes up with this cool toy that he can control, this time with his phone. Then he calls, gives her pleasure one way and then has her pleasure herself while he is on the phone, it was hot and the rest of the interaction was so good. Then he receives a strange package that makes him freak out and run out of the house with a warning to Julie not to go anywhere or talk to anyone. Then Daisy is in the picture again and I still don't trust her. I glad she expressed to him that she was jealous and he made it clear he would never cheat on her. I like how they spar back and forth about him drinking and then her running from him and him chasing her, it was lighthearted and fun. Then once again a great written sex scene where he introduces yet something else new. Then he tells her he loves her and list all of the reasons why and she tells him too. She keeps asking for him to share what is going on, what is scaring him, but he won't tell her. Then once again she does not listen to him and it gets her in big trouble. I don't want to say anything to ruin the story but my instincts were right on lol. You can tell he loves her and how guilty he feels for everything that has happened, he smothers her with kisses. I was surprised how Dom handled this situation and what will this mean for them?
As Julie and Dom's relationship grows they become more adventurous. And Dom's work is causing problems that could bring them allot of potential danger.
Love this couple more with each installment and add the story line grows.
A sequel short story from Clarissa, can't wait for part 4.
In this part we get more insight on the secret from Dom but not without danger for Julie. Even with the warning from Dom not to talk or open the door for anyone Julie trusts the front doorman who has a package for her.
Will she be safe or has she made a big mistake by opening the door?

I was given this R2R in exchange for my honest opinion.
This is a BDSM erotica short coming in around 50 pages.
Finally, Dom, I can see real signs of your dom side. While this is interesting and all, your secrets annoy me. I think Julie is letting you off to easy. Get your shit together before people get..., oh wait, they have.
Julie, when will you learn? How much punishment do you need? Stop disobeying the rules, they are there for your safety.
This one was pretty good and now I wonder what will be reveled in #4. However, I do think it is rather predictable. We'll see. I got it, it was the subbie, in the dungeon, with a belt. Just kiddin'.
Thanks to the author for the amazing floating bed. I so need one of these.
Book 3 in the The Billionaire's Bet and I sense a little bit of time has passed. They are settling into their relationship and Julie has improved on being a sub…for the most part. She still has a tendency to disobey which is going to end up getting her in serious trouble. I’m still on the fence about Dom. When he’s a Dom he is spot on, but he tends to let his pass issues get in the way and IMO is dangerous when it comes to building her trust. Of course, of he has just been upfront about the dangers in his life maybe Julie would have been better prepared for ... Sorry I won’t be giving this little tidbit away. Suffice to say things are heat up in more ways than one for Julie And Dom. I’m fully vested in this series now. I can’t wait to see what happens next. One more book to go before the climatic ending.
I was giving the box set of The Billionaire's Bet by the author to review. I feel in all fairness that each book deserves to be reviewed as well. This second book had definitely perked my interest. I am so ready for the next book!
